Member Bio

International performances with such organizations as Metropolitan Opera, Royal Opera at Covent Garden in London, and Deutsche Oper in Berlin. Collaborated with major international conductors, among whom were Solti, Klemperer, Stravinsky, Ormandy, Bernstein, B–hm, and von Karajan. Presently teaches at the University of Michigan School of Music as the Joseph Edgar Maddy Distinguished University Professor of Music.
